We collect and use your Personal Information primarily to provide the Service and for related secondary purposes that you would reasonably expect. While no law requires you to provide Personal Information, failure to do so may prevent us from providing the Service to you.

7. Jurisdiction-Specific Rights (US & EU)

The following sections apply only to users residing in those specific jurisdictions. In all other cases, Australian law prevails.

Crewmiens services are intended for professional use by adults (18+). We do not intentionally collect information from individuals under the age of 15 (the Australian standard for digital consent) without verifiable parental or guardian consent.

9. Sensitive Information

Do not send us sensitive Personal Information (e.g., racial/ethnic origin, health data, political opinions, or criminal records). Crewmiens does not require this data to provide the Service.

We implement Transport Layer Security (TLS) and encryption to protect data during transmission. While we take reasonable precautions, no internet-based service is 100% secure.
