CREWMIENS TERMS OF USE

Entity: Apollo Solutions Pty Ltd (ABN [Insert ABN]) trading as Crewmiens.
These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy, govern your access to and use of the Crewmiens websites, Learning Management Systems ("Class Sites"), and Online Courses. By using these services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Nature of Services & Non-RTO Disclosure
Crewmiens is a trading name of Apollo Solutions Pty Ltd. The User acknowledges and understands that:
- Crewmiens is not a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) in Australia.
- Online Courses are for professional development and corporate training purposes only.
- Courses do not lead to Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) qualifications.
- "Verified Certificates" are certificates of completion from a private entity and do not convey academic credit from accredited educational institutions.
2. User Accounts
To access Online Courses, you must create a User Account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as necessary. Unauthorized use of your account must be reported to us immediately.
3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
3.1 Australian Consumer Law (ACL) Guarantees
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled to:
- Cancel your service contract with us; and
- Receive a refund for the unused portion, or compensation for its reduced value.
3.2 Voluntary Withdrawal (Change of Mind)
Apart from your rights under the ACL, Crewmiens provides the following voluntary refund schedule. Requests must be sent to contact@crewmiens.com.

| More than 1 week, up to 25% duration | 75% Refund, less $100 admin fee |
| 25% to 50% of course duration | 50% Refund, less $100 admin fee |
| 50% to 60% of course duration | 40% Refund, less $100 admin fee |
| More than 60% of course duration | No Refund |
Conditions: Non-statutory refunds are subject to an administration fee of 10% (capped at $100 AUD). Accessing or submitting any course assessment/exam voids the "30-day 100% refund" eligibility.
4. Intellectual Property
Crewmiens (or its licensors) owns all right, title, and interest in the Online Courses, Content, and Marks, protected by the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth). You are granted a limited, revocable license to access content for personal or internal business training only.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crewmiens' total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the six (6) months preceding the claim.
6. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Disputes shall be submitted to mediation administered by the Resolution Institute in Melbourne, Victoria.
